A cognitive evaluation reveals strengths and areas for improvement in functions like memory, attention, and reasoning. The results help identify specific conditions, inform treatment plans, and offer guidance on managing cognitive challenges in daily life.
If you’re experiencing changes in memory, attention, or mood, or have a neurological or psychological condition, a neuropsychological evaluation may be beneficial. It provides insight into cognitive function, informs treatment options, and offers tools to enhance quality of life.
All appointments are conducted through Zoom. You’ll receive a link before each session, and all you need is a computer or tablet with a camera and stable internet connection.
We’ll review your results in a follow-up consultation, providing a detailed report and discussing any recommendations for treatment or further evaluation.
Find a quiet, comfortable space for the session and have any previous medical records or a list of current medications on hand. You’ll also want to test your internet connection and camera beforehand.
We’ll schedule an online follow-up consultation to review your results. During this session, we’ll go over the report, answer any questions, and discuss recommendations for next steps.
